Towards sustainable and profitable soy cultivation in Flanders (SOJATEELT)

The main objective of this project is to grow soy cultivation into a sustainable, economically viable crop in Flanders.

The following partial objectives are set:

-increase the yield of soybeans (kg / ha),

-produce soya beans with a stable and high protein content,

- development of a value chain for Flemish soybeans in animal feed,

- intensive cooperation with the primary target group (= farmers) so that optimum support can be provided and practical experiences and field trial research will reinforce each other
