Synthetic tools and strategies for probing signaling pathways in plants.

Organic synthesis is a powerful method to interrogate biological processes, complementing genetics studies. In this project, innovative synthetic strategies will be developed that can find utility in biology research. As a primary focus, applications in plant biology research will be targeted, as several ‘small molecules’ have recently emerged as potent tools to study and control cell biological processes.
