The overall objective of the project is to analyse and report the results of the EU-wide baseline survey on the prevalence of L. monocytogenes in certain RTE foods. Specific objectives include: i) the statistical analysis of the qualitative and quantitative results of the EU-wide baseline survey on the prevalence of L. monocytogenes in certain RTE foods, ii) statistical analysis of the factors associated with the prevalence.
