TeTRRA : Technology Transfer & Recruiting in Rural Areas (R-2682)

Aim of the project is to stimulate and enhance the technology and knowledge transfer and cooperation between colleges, universities and SMEs in rural areas within the EMR. In that context, for one thing, the exchange between science and economics / business will be strengthened. On the other hand, contacts and networks between companies will be build and deepened. The systematic control of network activities would improve the economic and technological capabilities of SMEs and improve the development of application-oriented knowledge, especially in rural areas. In addition, businesses are intensively advised and assisted in the realization of innovative ideas into new products, services or processes. Moreover, conditions and structures are developed to improve the local employment of highly educated employees and their leave for urban agglomerations can be avoided. As part of this project a large number of companies will directly participate.
