Une synthèse sur la restauration fluviale dans le bassin de l’Èbre

River restoration in Ebro basin, a synthesis. The ecological conditionand functionality of the Ebro basin’s rivers have suffered a notable deterioration in the last decades, because of the global change and anthropic pressures. Opposite to this problem, the initiatives of restoration are still scanty, local and very dispersed in the territory. Ebro basin does not stand out at present for river restoration in the Spanish context. The hydrological administrationhas been employed fundamentally at wetlands recovery. Nevertheless, bases consolidated exist to be able to develop fluvial restoration in the future: theoretical paradigms associated with workgroups, the putting in practice of some local actions with the role of examples of demonstration, and the possibility of integrated working with conservation (natural fluvial reserves) and flood management (room for the river or fluvial territory).
