The Department of Work and Organisation Studies (WOS) aims to extend knowledge on psychosocial well-being and on organizational practices, policies, and processes that affect the nature and conditions of work and the organization of labor within the society. The Department’s interdisciplinary nature is a strong advantage as it enables the group to study particular research topics from different angles and to use a variety of research methods. Central research themes are human resource management, organizational behavior, quality of labor, careers & employability and organizations & society.
