Sildenafil to prevent pulmonary hypertension in congenital diaphragmatic hernia (SToP-PH): a study on ex-vivo placenta transfer in preparation to a clinical trial.

To know which dose of sildenafil one needs to give to a mother in order to get therapeutic concentrations of the drug in the fetus, we will study the placental transfer of the drug ex vivo.
