Hierachial, lightweight nanocomposite reinforced with electrospun nanofibres for structural applications (HILISPUN)

Development of collaboration between Indian and Belgian institutions and knowledge exchange toward creation of novel lightweight nanocomposites reinforced with electrospin nanofibers for structural applications including the following fields: Sythesis of PAN/CNT nanofibers by electrospinning technique, coating of nanofibres on carbon fabrics, mechanical and morphological characterization of nanofibers and composites; modeling of nanofibers and composites.
