Patient-tailored antibiotic therapy for severe infections in the ICU

Current antibiotic dosing in critically ill patients is not adapted to the changes that occur in the body of a patient during critical illness. In this project we want to antibiotic concentrations over time and develop analytical methods to accurately measure antibiotic concentrations. The impact of a patient-tailored antibiotic therapy approach on patient outcome will be evaluated.
