Detection and validation of changing viscoelastic effects in the respiratory system with disease (FWOAL662)

This research proposal aims to bring forward the knowledge on viscoelastic properties of the respiratory tissue and their changes during respiratory disease. Since the viscoelastic properties are defined for low frequency, in this project we introduce a nonlinear dynamic analysis of the respiratory tissue at low frequencies.
