The Belgian Competition Council took two decisions in price squeeze cases. In 2009 Belgacom Mobile was fined for U+20AC 66.3 mn, while in 2012 Belgacom was cleared from abuse of dominant position in the Happy Time case. This article addresses four topics. The first is the definition of a price squeeze. In section 2 both cases are treated. Section 3 deals with price squeeze test, while in the last section some conclusions are drawn.
