Methodology to restore and improve the social integration of poor and disadvantegd people.

Based on action research in the ninetees, a methodology to restore and improve the social integration of poor and disadvantegd people was developed by Prof. Dr. Herman Baert and his team and it was implemented by different kinds of social services and community projects in Flanders. The new research projects will make an evaluation of some best practices using the "Basisschakelmetodiek", with the aim to further develop the methodology, to publish a manual and to desing a training program for social workers and community workers that want to use the "Basisschakelmetodiek".
