Organisation profile:The group Tax Law sees as it's mission in the field of scientific research the understanding of tax law and taxation in their principles, major issues, underlying realities and inner reasonableness. This research is focused on general principles of tax law, Belgian income and company taxation, Belgian registration and death duties and Belgian tax procedure. The group especially examines the relations between tax law and accountancy law and the findings of economic science. All this is also seen in relation to international and European law.
