This project investigated bifenthrin resistance in the two-spotted spider mite Tetranychus urticae. Bulked segregant analysis (BSA) based QTL-mapping experiments with the pyrethroid resistant strain MR-VLi were performed to identify genomic loci (QTLs) underlying bifenthrin resistance.
