A behavioural alternative to the protection of privacy Universiteit Gent
This contribution argues that a new category of ‘tools’ for the protection of privacy – i.e. behavioural protections – merit academic recognition and analysis, and safeguarding against their possible prohibition or discouragement by both the state and the private sector.
