Lens epithelium-derived growth factor p75 (LEDGF/p75), member of the hepatoma-derived growth-factor-related protein (HRP) family, is a transcriptional co-activator and involved in several pathologies including HIV infection and malignancies such as MLL-rearranged leukemia.
