A series of novel 2-substituted-5,7-dichloro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-6-carbohydrazide were designed, synthesized and structures were confirmed by analytical methods, viz., H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR and Mass spectrometry.
