We retrospectively compared outcomes of 404 MDS patients undergoing 1st matched sibling donor allo-HCT receiving either PTCy-based (n = 66) or other "conventional prophylaxis" (n = 338; mostly calcineurin inhibitor + methotrexate or MMF).
