Systeemgenetica: Inzicht in klonale evolutie

We will study how interactions with the cellular environment affect the emergence of adaptive mutations in clonal systems. Hereto we will exploit systems genetics and computational approaches that help interpreting adaptive mutations in the context of the molecular interaction network.
