The study's concept starts from the premices that a new approach to procurement law for space activities is needed. Only then, the prevalent difficulties in Europe with regard to European space administration can be overcome in the future. Dissolving the tensions between two distinct administrative philosophies for procurement in the European space sector, this new approach - or rather this third way - will hence pave the way for efficient cooperation in Europe.
