Elucidation of the Polygenic Basis of Efficient Maltotriose Fermentation and its Variation among Brewing Yeast Strains
Het doel van het huidige project is om de genetische basis van efficiënte maltotriose fermentatie te identificeren met behulp van het goed gevestigde technologieplatform voor polygenische analyse en om de variatie in de causatieve genen te bepalen onder commerciële brouw giststammen.
