- Onderzoeksexpertise:Mijn onderzoek is gericht op de gunstige effecten van fysieke training op het cardiovasculair systeem in hartfalen, waarbij er een sterke focus ligt op perifere mechanismen (endotheelfunctie). Naast expertise in multicenter klinische trials, is de groep sterk in translationeel onderzoek waarbij voornamelijk in vitro en in vivo evaluatie van endotheleelfunctie en epigenetica studies als belangrijkste focus gelden.
