The present invention relates to a composition comprising particles (1) for use in a method for the treatment of a vitreous disease or a vitreous disorder as a light sensitizing agent. Each particle comprises a surface (3) selected for or adapted for providing mobility of the particle in the vitreous and for binding to collagen aggregates, e.g. floaters.
