Collaborative Governance platform for Social Innovation in Brussels

Tijdschriftbijdrage - Tijdschriftartikel

Social Innovation (SI) is often perceived as the holy grail to societal problems. It emerges from an unmet social need and is strongly linked with community collaboration through participatory processes. However, there is still a lack of empirical evidence about successful SI initiatives that created effective public value. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to share the experience of a particular collaborative platform for governmental entities in Brussels (Belgium), from which practitioners and future projects could build upon.
