Mapping and Utilizing the Potential of Philippine Cacao: Development of Thermal REsistant Chocolate and Supply Chain Analysis Ghent University
Multi-disciplinary research which aims to develop Philippine chocolate products (thermal resistant) given that these chocolates are aligned with Asian consumer preferences. Sensory analysis with trained panels and consumers will be carried out. Further, this research will contain a pioneering study on the organization of the supply chain of the Philippine cacao industry and describe the marketing potential of these products.
