This project investigates the legitimation of new service constellations (NSCs) defined as new combinations of interdependent services in inter-organizational collaborations for customers with complex service needs. Specifically, we investigate how NSCs are legitimized throughout the innovation process and the legitimacy of these NSCs from the perspective of the end user.
