Study of the in vivo role of Nrage in Innate immunity Ghent University
RIP2 ubiquitination plays a central role in activating and limiting the innate immune responses activated by the cytosolic bacterial sensors NOD1/2. The goal of this study is to characterize the physiological role of NRAGE in NOD/RIP2 signaling pathways and to potentially identify NRAGE as a component of a multiprotein E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that regulates RIP2 ubiquination.
