Histology is the study of tissue at microscopic level and forms the basis of fundamental and translational biomedical research. The described basic histology laboratory equipment is used for tissue processing, embedding and sectioning of material, essential to prepare tissue for further examination including histo(patho)logy, immunohistochemistry and high end microscopy systems for which we also request an automatic stainer and microscope.
