The main goal of this PhD is three-fold: (1) investigate the role of habits in pro-environmental behavior, (2) investigate how we can break ‘bad’ habits and build ‘good’ habits in pro-environmental behavior, and (3) develop new strategies targeting habitual behaviors to obtain long-term, sustainable behavioral changes.
