Material and digital traceability for the certification of critical raw materials Ghent University
MaDiTraCe’s main goal is to enlarge and integrate the portfolio of technological solutions reinforcing the reliability of critical raw material (CRM) tracking and the transparency of complex supply chains. The project aims to develop and test independent digital and geo-based approaches for CRM traceability and to integrate them with a generic certification scheme for CRMs throughout mineral supply chains from the mine to the manufactured and ...
Traceability and Hamiltonicity in Graphs with Connectivity Requirements Ghent University
Using new results from the field of Tutte-cycles, we further develop the theory of hamiltonian paths and hamiltonian cycles in families of graphs obeying certain constraints, especially planarity and connectivity. Directions of research will be (i) extending hamiltonicity results on polyhedra, (ii) studying Gallai's problem on the intersection of all longest paths, and (iii) expanding the work on hypohamiltonicity.

GM- (genetically modified) and non-GM supply chains: their co-existence and traceability Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food
In this project, we aim to improve existing detection methods for GMOs (e.g. real-time PCR) and develop new methods. The final goal is a more cost-efficient analytical system for traceability and monitoring of coexistence of GMOs with conventional and organic crops in the production chain. The stakeholders urgently need new and/or improved methods - methods that can give fast, on-site answers. We ...
