From status to contract: the legal shift of the employment relations in the public sector in comparative perspective Ghent University
The research project concerns a comparative legal analysis of the shift from status to contract with regard to the employment relations in the public sector in different EU-countries. All countries studied are dealing with a similar tendency to use “common” employment contracts in the public sector rather than keeping the specific status. The countries studied are Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, the UK and Sweden.
