SETTING: Twenty-seven health centres in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. OBJECTIVE: To assess the uptake of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing among tuberculosis (TB) suspects in Addis Ababa, and to determine reasons for non-acceptance of the test.
