Organizational models are increasingly characterized by flexible networks and fluid boundaries, connecting multiple organizational entities. The aim of the current project is to extent LMX theory by taking into account that in 21st century organizations, both leaders and subordinates are not only in a dyadic relationship, but that they are also part of multiple, independent, dynamic networks.
