High resolution NMR Centre – a centre of expertise for structure characterization and molecular analysis in chemical, biochemical, biomedical and materials sciences at Ghent University) Ghent University
The HNMR Centre formalizes a decade long existing clustering of high-end technological equipment and broad scientific expertise and service in nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. It organizes and participates in scientific support of a broad range of research groups in five faculties and three valorization consortia within UGent and is responsible for permanent training and mutual interaction of its users.

Versatile X-ray powder diffraction platform for materials science. University of Antwerp
800 MHz solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer for materials and food science KU Leuven
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy probes the chemical environment of atoms in matter by subjecting it to a strong magnetic field and communicating with a selection of its atoms using “radio signals”. With the present investment KU Leuven acquires a top level solid state NMR spectrometer (800 MHz), unique in Flanders, as part of its ambition to lead NMR technology development in collaboration with a world leading spectrometer ...
