The current project focuses on the motivational antecedents/outcomes of the different dimensions of innovative work behavior (i.e. idea generation, idea promotion and idea realization) in organizations. This project includes on the one hand the development of a computerized simulation of innovative work behaviour. On the other hand a fieldstudy is planned to investigate innovative work behavior in a longitudinal research design.
