An evaluation study was set up to investigate and improve the process of implementation and dissemination of the local MFO-initiative in Belgium. Experiences and visions of pharmacists and physicians on these local concertations (MFO/CMP) will be explored. Moreover, instruments will be developed to improve qualitative and sustainable implementation of this MFO/CMP. This research will be performed in close collaboration with NIHDI.
