Research suggests that only a small portion of all entrepreneurial firms grow rapidly. In this study, we will focus on high-potential entrepreneurs and examine how different contexts shape their entrepreneurial behaviours. Further, we will study how they proactively shape their contexts to create opportunities for value creation and how high-potential entrepreneurships build sustainable advantages through making use of venture capital.
