Modeling and design of reverberation chambers for 20-60 GHz electronic devices Ghent University
This project addresses the modeling, design and manufacturing of a compact reverberation chamber for the electromagnetic compatibility assessment of modern electronic devices and systems operating at very high frequencies. The goal of the proposal is the design and manufacturing of the chamber and its measurement instrumentation, but also the theoretical modeling of the stochastically distributed EM fields inside.

Design Strategy for a Multiprotocol and Multiband Communication System. Ghent University
Design and realization of multiprotocol and multiband communication system. The central node and the sensors are flexible, battery-powered, lightweight and usable in challenging environments (high temperature and humidity). The central node wirelessly communicates with the different sensors using a long distance communication protocol and with the smartphone via another
communication protocol, enabling an easy sensor data transfer over ...

Design and Modeling of Inverter Control for Fault Behavior and Power System Protection Analysis KU Leuven
Renewable energy resources will form the cornerstone of power systems of the future and present a key solution to the grand challenge of mitigating climate change. However, the proliferation of renewables has brought up a myriad of challenges involved in operating the power system with notable shares of inverter-based resources (IBRs). This has sparked several concerns pertaining to stability, protection, and continuity of power supply ...
