Domesticity and Suffragism in Middlebrow English and Irish Magazines, 1897-1914 KU Leuven
This research project will investigate the treatment of the women’s suffrage movement across the various features (interviews, reader letters, short and serialized fiction, advertisements) of one English middlebrow periodical, The Woman at Home, and one Irish periodical, Lady of the House.
