Major depression is a recurrent and even chronic disorder for a substantial number of patients. In
comparison to other recurrent and chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, heart problems), theory
on monitoring and (early) detection of relapse is lacking. This project simultaneously develops a
theoretical framework for personalized detection of relapse as well as an e-health tool based on hybrid AI.
