EF61 - Research into the deployment of staff in residential care centers, adapted to the changing care and support needs of the residents KU Leuven
The research aims to provide necessary and practical tools for determining updated and integrated personnel standards for Flemish residential care centers, both for healthcare staff and for support staff. In other words, the research should clearly determine how many and which staff members are needed to enable quality care and support and workable performance during each phase of the day.
