Longitudinal imaging of cellular dynamics with a biostation IM-Q (microscope with sensitive CCD camera and integrated incubator) Ghent University
The Biostation IMQ monitors longitudinally the cellular dynamics. It is a cell incubator with a built-in microscope (fluorescence/phase contrast, objective 40x and high sensitive CCD camera) allowing video monitoring (without manipulation of culture conditions because of a perfusion system for media/drug refreshment). The Biostation would be a great assistance in the use of multiple cellular models (invasion, migration, proliferation).

IOF POC Project: SMAC : Next Generation SMart Acoustic Camera for Smart Cities, Health Care and Industry 4.0 Vrije Universiteit Brussel
located. This method to measure and represent acoustic information is gaining a lot of interest from industry,
academia and health institutes as the technology is maturing. Although this new technology is promising, the
current state of the art is rather limited in its abilities and is mainly used for high end acoustic ...

Thermographic camera with a set of lenses, including specific software for thermo-elastic stress analysis Ghent University
What is the stress distribution near the surface of a component during fretting-fatigue? Two components that are in contact with each other and of which é é n is subjected to a varying load, may fail due to a combination of surface wear (fretting), and fatigue. To the creation and assess the evolution of the damage mechanisms, knowledge of the tension near the surface in the fretting contact of enormous importance. Analytical and numerical ...
