Consequences of supervisor i-deal secrecy decisions for team performance: A moral and behavioral perspective on employee reactions KU Leuven
I-deals are idiosyncratic work arrangements obtained via individual negotiation between an employee and their supervisor. In Flanders, around 45% of employees have negotiated an i-deal or perceive the opportunity to do so, implying that around 55% do not have an i-deal but are likely working with people who do.
