Non-invasive biomedical sensors record, usually on the body surface, (multiple) signal channels related to internal changes in the human body and this usually for several time instances. For example, the electroencephalogram (EEG) measures electrical voltage signals on the scalp which result from the electrical activity inside the head. Other common examples of biomedical sensors are the magnetoencephalogram (MEG) and electrocardiogram (ECG).
