OBJECTIVES: Decellularized aortic homografts (DAH) were introduced in 2008 as a further option for paediatric aortic valve replacement (AVR). METHODS: Prospective, multicentre follow-up of all paediatric patients receiving DAH for AVR in 8 European centres.
