Writing '9/12': the After-Existence of September 11 in Literature Ghent University
The project under consideration aims at research into the genre of the '9/11-novel', in which the events of September 11 are represented indirectly, or even pushed into the background entirely. The focus will be on the way in which the attacks continue to resonate in our daily life, and how this infiltration hs led to a spectralisation of time and space.
