Catarina Xavier

I am an experienced scientist and project manager with hands on experience in Radiochemistry, Protein, peptide and small molecule chemistry. In the last ten years I have been involved in different projects for the development of probes for Imaging and Therapy. I had a major role in the successful translation of two PET probes to the clinic that are now in Phase II.

I have contributed and obtained several projects funding, including a EU-Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (PET3D - PET Imaging in Drug Design and Development) where I had the opportunity to collaborate with researchers within Academia and Industry recognized in the field of PET Imaging. In the last years I have been promotor of several PhD and master students.
