Evaluation of the Green Deal instrument

This study is an analysis of the instrument Green Deal and the Green Deals in operation in Flanders. In addition to a literature study that mainly looks at the structure of the instrument, the current Green Deals with their own characteristics are also examined. By means of document analysis, interviews and an online survey, research questions are answered about the relevance and effectiveness, the efficiency and organisation and about the implementation and quality of the Green Deals in Flanders. On this basis, recommendations are made to further develop the instrument in Flanders and to increase the results on the greening of the economy on the basis of Green Deals.
