Water treatment based on a hybrid system for fluoride and chromium removal

The aim of the study is to determine the efficiency of individual and simultaneous removal of fluoride and chromium (Cr (VI)) due to the high concentrations present in both industrial andnatural sources of water worldwide, using a hybrid system of crystallization and ultrafiltration membranes to evaluate crystallization pretreatment process to boost the performance of UFmembranes to achieve drinking and effluent water that meets standard concentrations according to the WHO guidelines.
