Updating the Residential Care Decree

In view of developments within Flemish social protection, as well as the proposed timing in the transfer of federal powers in the field of RVT and DVC (2019), it is urgently necessary to provide the substantive conceptual framework for persons with a care and support question , Complementary to the Decree on Flemish Social Protection, in actualized/amended legislation. The purpose of this project is to elaborate an updated/adapted residential care decree and this under a new name (e.g. decree for persons with a care and support question).
